Laying a foundation

Not all foundations are created equal. There are SO many different brands and types that it can be very overwhelming when it comes time to choose one. Yet it's one of the most important parts of your makeup routine because it's what makes your skin look clear and even. Personally, I'd rather have a good foundation and skimp on the other products because I think it's that important. After hunting for years, low and behold, I have found one I love. It's the Sephora brand perfection mist airbrush foundation. Now I realize that everyone has different needs and skin types so this may not be for everyone, but I love it. Once you get used to using a spray foundation, it actually goes on pretty quickly. I spray it directly onto my cheeks and forehead, and then blend it in with a foundation brush. For my nose and chin I spray it onto the brush, and then blend it in. It's definitely a trial and error situation, but once you figure out what works best for you, it's amazing.
