Ruffles done right
Target has teamed up with the founders of the website Who What Wear to create some cool pieces! I picked up this silky v-neck ruffle top at Target that is just my style! This is a perfect example of ruffles and femininity done right! Not too over the top. Very simple and elegant. For those of you who don't know of the site, Who What Wear, I highly recommend it.
