Fresh twist on cut offs

I love the idea of wearing basic pieces but changing them up a little bit.  This is perfect for a spring day that's a little cooler...grab your cutoffs and add black tights underneath.  Simple!  Most people have a classic tee, denim shorts, and tights.  Such an easy outfit with a fresh twist!
