Sunnies

Sunglasses.  I have a very strong opinion about sunglasses.  I actually don't know why it's taken me a whole year to dedicate a post to sunnies.  Sunglasses are so important.  I'd argue they're just as important as your shoes.  If you have a great outfit on, but your shoes or sunglasses aren't as great, well....it just ruins the whole look.  On the flip side, if you have a cool pair, it can really bump up your look and make you look fashionable and flawless.

There are so many colors and styles out there, finding the right pair can be very confusing.  These are the three pairs I love the most.  They are at all different prices, which I love. They don't always have to cost you an arm and a leg.  My very favorite look that I think universally works for everyone:  the aviator.  You can go for the real ray bans, or find a knock off.  This silver pair I found at Nordstrom for $12.    My next two favorites are my Free people pair and my newest Quay mirrored lenses.

I think the mistake a lot of people make is going for the wrong shape and/or color when looking.  Large oval or round ones are very out dated, and are going to age you.  If you go for round lenses, keep them somewhat small, like this pair. I also would try to avoid colored frames.  Very few people can actually pull them off.  Always stick to black, silver or gold.  Trust me, you'll thank me later, I PROMISE!!!!

I hope this helps those of you who feel confused about what to buy when it comes to sunnies.  I love a great pair, as it really completes your whole look!
