Friday favorite
This week I'm bringing back one of my favorite bohemian inspired pieces...the head chain. I love taking risks with fashion, and usually once I've just gone for something, I'm surprisingly pleased that I did! With anything in life, taking a risk is generally worth it. It is very rare that I say, "Oh, I wish I hadn't tried that..."
An example from my life recently was when I randomly reached out to Meagankelly Designs. I had never met Meagan, but had found her on social media. One day I said to myself, what is there to lose? Reach out to her! So I did! I sent her a note asking if she wanted to collaborate on a styled shoot, and guess what? She did! It turned out to be literally one of the most fun and rewarding days of my life, and not only that, I ADORE Meagan as a person as well!
If there is something in the back of your mind that you've always secretly wanted to do...weather it's wear a headpiece, start a side business, taking a yoga class, moving somewhere new...whatever it is, I highly recommend going for it! The only way we can ever learn and grow is by trying something new and slightly scary, right???
