The cape blazer
I am in love with this cape blazer! I have had my eye out for a white vest or blazer for some time. Finally I have found the perfect one...and I found it at Target! Another Who what wear piece! They nailed this one in my opinion, and guess what? It's under forty dollars. It's so chic and fun. It looks like a blazer is just draped over your shoulders, but because of the vest-like sleeves, it stays put and gives you the casual cool look while feeling comfortable! It's nice that you don't have to worry about it falling off your shoulders all night. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that places like Target, Kohl's and H&M are delivering fashion forward pieces that LOOK expensive but that are actually attainable!!
